Start outlook. Select "Accounts" from the "tools" menu.
The Internet Accounts window opens. Select Add, and select mail from the sublist presented
Enter your name as you wish it to be seen on email you send to others, then click on "Next".
Enter your new email address, exactly as ordered, then click on "Next".
Enter "mail.emailname.co.uk" in each of the two mailserver boxes, then click on "Next".
Enter your new email address with the '@' replaced with a '+' in the box marked account name. Enter your password in the password box, exactly as it was notified to you during your online ordering, then click on "Next".
Enter the method you use to connect to the internet. This will be the same method as you have previously used for email and for internet use.
You have now completed the first part of the setup, so click "Finish".
The internet accounts window returns, with your new email account appearing in the list. If you have just one email account in the list, you do not need to set a default. If you have previously had other mail accounts in the list, these will appear here as well, in this case click on the new mail account in the list, and click on the "Set as Default" button.
Now double click on the new account name in the list.
The properties window opens. Click on the "Servers" tab at the top.
Ensure that the box marked "My server requires authentication" is ticked, then click OK.
Finally click "Close" on the Internet Mail Accounts window. You are now ready to send and receive email through your new email account. It can take up to 24 hours for new domain names to propogate around the internet, so it is possible that the new email account will not work at first. Please be patient during this period.
